This was supposed to be a vegan hawaiian pizza. Instead they forgot most of the toppings and upcharged it anyways.
There is exactly 2 pineapple pieces and 6 chives on this. This was over 30 dollars. None of the protiens they advertised as toppings were put on (but I sure did pay for them). It was mostly just sauce bread. If I wanted breadsticks and red sauce, I would have just ordered Domino's. Worst.
Don't offer vegan options if you're just gonna take people's money and do a terrible job.
Ordered from Pizza Brain today with a couple friends who were saying not to. No complaints with delivery etc. The pizzas themselves were subpar. The sausage one was burnt on at least 1/4 of the crust and there were only 1-3 pieces of sausage on each piece. The red was so garlicky we killed every vampire we came into contact with. Feel bad for them but hey they didn’t know we’d be eating at Pizza Brain. Get a pizza at a normal place for a normal price, nothing special here anymore besides a ripoff.
Read the reviews before coming here and was underwhelmed. We ordered the Wendy, the goat cheese complemented the red sauce quite well but the crust was simply satisfactory.
The place is a love letter to pizza in pop culture with some excellent pies. Honestly some of the best I've had, regardless of region. The owner and staff were all super nice and accommodating. The ingredients were high quality, prepared well, and some delicious non traditional combos that worked extremely well. Definitely worth the stop in, even if it's only for a slice.
Took a lil trip into Philly with my friend to check out the pizza museum... Which is actually just a super RAD pizza place with an eclectic and tasty menu! Fun little road trip, worth checking this place out!! The walls are completely covered with pizza paraphernalia. There are booths and tables to eat in. They also have limited pizza by the slice.
We got the Queenie...which was fantastic!!
The staff are so friendly and we're helpful with making our choice of pizza.
I went with my brother here for pizza and we probably visited at the wrong time. We didn't like our experience very much. We ordered the Forbes pizza, but we weren't impressed. There was little cheese, little herbs, the smoked pepperoni just tasted like the regular one. I mostly taste sauce and pizza crust. The pizza came out crispy, so that's good. This place looks hip, and it reminds me of the 80s, or 70s, I dunno
Went to pizza brain today with my family ( I recommended we go there ) and while we were eating inside, two men came into the room to exterminate against bugs . While we were eating !! We were also shocked at the service charge of $3.75 . Service charge for what ? Picking your food up at the counter , bringing your food into the dining area , getting drinks with no ice available , cleaning up the table in the dining area and watch exterminating technicians. Would love to know what the service fee was for ?
Pizza “Museum” is a very generous stretch. There’s a lot of pop culture stuff including pizza on the walls, but it’s not a museum in any way, shape, or form. A marketing gimmick that unfortunately worked to get us in the door.
To top it off the pizza was terrible. Thinner and crunchier than a cracker with hardly any cheese and sauce.
